Job Overview:
Manage accuracy, status reporting and fulfillment of all material and repairs requirements generated from production projects. Act as an integral part of the PMO/Planning office tracking all material requirements, internal repairs and Vendor repairs necessary to complete projects on schedule, following LCI guidelines and standards outlined in the RSM.
Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to)
· Routinely audit material requisition and fulfillment processes to ensure a smooth and on schedule delivery on material to active production projects
· Coordinate with production, inspection, purchasing and vendor administration for requirements and status on pending material requirements and orders
· As a part of the PMO/Planning team, provide current status of material and fulfilment as a part of the production planning effort
· Develop a forecast of material fulfilment as it applies to varies tasks with each project
· Develop and maintain min stock levels for routinely use materials to reduce production delays, improve purchasing efficiency through bulk purchasing and reduced cost
· Contact QA and Customer Service or Purchasing with any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Able to pass drug test/background check – we are a drug free work place!
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work independently when required
· Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and overtime as my be required, but usually through normal day shift hours.
